Login to your control panel and click on "Backups" 

Select "Full Backup" from the "Backups" section - this will back up your entire account including your e-mail settings, ftp settings, web site, and databases.  We recommend that you perform this operation before making any major changes to any scripts/databases you host with us just in case there are unexpected results.
