We limit outgoing email rates to 200 emails per hour on our shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated solutions to keep the mail queue from becoming clogged, to keep the server from being heavily loaded with email messages, and to prevent spam listings and realtime black listings that affect everybody on the server.

Should you need to send more than 200 emails per hour we can work with you although we would need some form of justification as to why you need to send more than 200 emails per hour on our shared platforms.  You can send as many emails per hour as you would like with our Virtual Private Server or Dedicated Server products but all of our Terms of Service rules still apply such as not sending out spam.
