Do you offer phone support?

We offer phone support for sales and billing 7am to 4pm (EST GMT-5) Monday through Friday.  Outside of our normal business hours our phone systems direct to a voicemail box that opens a ticket in the helpdesk meaning your issues will still be resolved even though you've not spoken directly with a customer support representative.

We do offer 24/7 email/support ticket support and should for whatever reason you need interactive support outside of our phone support hours please do open a support ticket with our support department by sending an email to support@mddhosting.com.  Should you absolutely require a phone conversation regarding technical issues, you can open a ticket with the support department and provide your name, phone number, and the best time to call you and we can get back with you.
