Why was an extra invoice generated for Bandwidth Usage? Print

At the end of every month we automatically process the bandwidth usage of all accounts and generate invoices for any accounts that have gone over their bandwidth allocations at the rate of $0.20 per GB in 100 GB blocks.

When this happens you have two options:

  1. You can simply pay the invoice - this would be the best course of action should the overage be very small or you are sure that the issue is a fluke and isn't likely to happen again.
  2. You can contact the billing department and discuss upgrading your account to a level that would cover your usage.  If you take this course we will waive the overage fees for that month.
