Lost Emails after POP3 Pull Print

If you are using POP3 to pull emails from our servers to another email service such as Gmail, please be aware that POP3 will delete the emails from our servers once the email has been successfully pulled to the new server. This delete behavior can be removed on some email programs/services, but not all. If you have an email that shows delivered but isn't appearing on either email server, please open a support ticket and provide the date/time/subject of a few of the missing emails so that we can investigate.
