Why is cPanel saying my RDNS/PTR settings are incorrect? Print

cPanel may be showing you an error under Email Deliverability related to Reverse DNS or PTR. These errors can be safely ignored, and will have no impact on your Email Deliverability. These messages are shown due to all outbound Email being routed through our SpamExperts servers, instead of sending them directly from the server your cPanel account is on. In most cases hosting providers will configure their systems to send Email directly from cPanel, meaning that in most cases the error is justified, however there is no way for us to tell cPanel that email is being routed elsewhere. If you are seeing this error, it can be safely ignored.
