I can't access the server but the server status says it's up.

Our servers are configured to block IPs based upon log-in failures to help protect your account and our servers from brute-force and dictionary attacks.

If you sign into our support system from a computer that is blocked by the firewall the block will automatically be removed and you will see an alert in our support system letting you know.

It is possible for you to check additional IP addresses and to unblock them directly in our support system at https://www.mddhosting.com/support/index.php?m=unblockip
